It’s the body speaking — and asking to be heard.
Sento Life is that moment when we stop ignoring it.It’s an invitation to come back to ourselves, to let the breath find its way, and the body move with the freedom that has always belonged to it.
It’s not about learning how to feel better.
It’s about remembering how it feels when we stop holding back.
This is the essence of bodywork and breathwork:

Here, there are no rigid techniques, no perfect exercises to perform, no models to follow.
Working with the body and the breath – as in bodywork and breathwork – is an encounter.
An encounter with yourself, your habits, your limits – and with the possibility of moving beyond them, not through force, but through gentleness.

Conscious breathing teaches you to let go.
Embodied movement helps you rediscover space.
Touch – as in myofascial release work – becomes a bridge, a silent dialogue that doesn’t add anything, but reveals what’s already there.
The body already knows what to do.

BODYWORK AND BODY AWARENESS:
THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS TRANSFORMATION
When the body releases, something truly changes. It’s not just a muscle relaxing, or the breath opening.
It’s an entire inner posture that begins to shift.
You become more present, lighter, and more open to what comes.
And you don’t need to understand everything with the mind.
Some things don’t need explanations.
They just need to be felt in the body, breathed through, and lived in the moment they happen.
In this sense, myofascial bodywork and emotional breathwork are not techniques to master, but experiences to move through. Spaces where body awareness awakens, the body remembers, and something finally lets go.
LEARNING TO FEEL: AN INVITATION THROUGH THE BODY AND THE BREATH
Sento Life doesn’t offer quick fixes or ready-made solutions. It’s an experience, a journey in which every step brings you closer to yourself.
It’s a path that invites you to learn how to listen deeply to the body, and to cultivate a sense of responsibility toward yourself – not as a burden, but as the ability to recognize what’s moving inside, to welcome it, and to respond with presence.
It’s an invitation to slow down, to make space for what is, even when it doesn’t yet have a name.

Individual breathwork and myofascial bodywork sessions are available in Italian or English, and take place in Verscio, in Canton Ticino, where Sento Life is based.
I also work in Lugano and, upon request, can travel to support individual or group journeys in other areas.
