

The breathwork I offer at Sento Life is a deep body-based experience:
through conscious breathing, movement, and sound, it helps release tension, unlock repressed emotions, and reactivate your vital energy. It’s a simple yet powerful approach — one that can help you feel lighter, more grounded, and more in tune with yourself, even during the most intense phases of life.
WHY IT’S GOOD FOR YOU
Our body is like a sponge: it absorbs everything we go through, but often holds onto what we couldn’t express.
Anger, fear, sadness, and stress settle in as muscular tension and energetic blocks.
We might not notice it right away, but over time this compression can turn into physical stiffness, mental fatigue, anxiety, or even chronic pain.
Breathwork is a natural, deep, and accessible tool that helps release these tensions — bringing lightness to the body, clarity to the mind, and spaciousness to the breath.
My work is inspired by Wilhelm Reich, Alexander Lowen, Charles Kelley, and Aneesha Dillon (creator of Osho Pulsation), pioneers who explored how breath and movement can unlock the energy held in the body.
The method I use is Osho Pulsation — a practice that blends deep breathing, conscious movement, and emotional expression, supporting authentic emotional release, renewed vitality, and a deep sense of well-being.

BREATHWORK SESSIONS
DURATION AND LOCATIONS
Individual breathwork sessions at Sento Life last 1 hour and 30 minutes — a length of time designed to allow the body to relax, open up, and let the breath find its natural rhythm.
The first session lasts 2 hours, creating space for an initial dialogue and deep listening. This moment helps us understand your physical, emotional, and energetic needs, laying the foundation for a path that is truly tailored to you — respectful of your timing and your way of feeling.
Sometimes, during breathwork, deeper physical tensions may surface. When this happens, I integrate myofascial bodywork techniques to gently support the release through conscious touch. Breath and body work together, supporting each other in a process of release and rebalancing.
Each session follows your natural pace, without pressure, trusting the body to lead the way.
Sessions can be held in Italian or English, according to your preference.

Sessions take place in Verscio (Canton Ticino), at the Sento Life studio. I also work in Lugano, and upon request, I’m available to travel to other areas for individual or group sessions.
