In a world that constantly asks us to be productive, efficient, and rational, Sento Life offers a different rhythm: more natural, more authentic. Here, bodywork and breathwork are not technical exercises, but a way to let go of what no longer serves you and make room for what is more true.
I offer both individual and group sessions, because everyone has their own way of approaching this work.
Some feel the need for a more personal, intimate process, while others find strength in sharing a collective experience.

Neck tension, lower back pain, diffuse aches, stiffness, foot fatigue — myofascial bodywork is a deep approach that works on the connective tissue to release blockages, improve mobility, and lighten the body.
Sometimes, freeing the body also means giving voice to what has been held back: emotions, patterns, and defenses that are no longer needed.

The bodywork I offer at Sento Life is a deep somatic experience, designed to free the body from tension, stiffness, and pain, and bring back a sense of balance and lightness—both in movement and in inner sensation.
Through myofascial release, breath, and conscious touch, I support people in rediscovering a more fluid and vibrant internal space.
It’s a gentle yet powerful approach, ideal for those who wish to reconnect with themselves through the body, in a safe and natural setting in Canton Ticino.
Sessions are held in Italian or English, based on your preference.
WHY IT’S GOOD FOR YOU

When we don’t pay attention, this accumulation turns into aches, stiffness, and that subtle sense of being always a bit tight.
Myofascial bodywork works deeply on the connective tissue (fascia) that wraps around muscles and organs.Through targeted pressure, fluid movement, and conscious breathing, the fascia softens, the muscles relax, and the body regains its natural freedom.
It can also be helpful for common issues like neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain, chronic muscle tightness, or foot fatigue—supporting better posture, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

In daily work, communication doesn't happen through words alone.
The body is a language, and what we express through posture, breath, and movement can make a real difference in relationships, stress management, and the overall quality of our work.
At Sento Life, I offer experiential training programs designed for public and private organizations, particularly for professionals working in education, healthcare, social care, and other relational fields.
While I mainly work in Ticino, Switzerland, I am also available to travel to other regions, bringing these tools where they can truly make an impact.
Through practices involving breath, mindful movement, and theatrical techniques, I help participants develop a more natural, confident, and effective presence, enhancing both interpersonal communication and body awareness.
Training programs can be held in Italian or English, depending on your needs.

ABOUT ME
A JOURNEY THAT BRINGS TOGETHER SPORT, THEATER, AND BODY AWARENESS
My name is Dante Carbini, and for over 20 years I’ve been working in training and personal development. I offer individual and group pathways to help people develop greater body awareness, release physical and emotional tension, and manage stress, through integrated approaches such as bodywork and breathwork.
My first great passion was baseball, which I played from a very young age, eventually reaching the professional level and representing Italy at the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games. Sports taught me discipline, trust in the body, and the importance of being present in the gesture.
Over time, that attention to movement expanded beyond athletics. I trained in theatre at École Philippe Gaulier in Paris, and continued my journey by studying emotional release techniques like Osho Pulsation and Myofascial Energetic Release (MER).
I also took part in the "Primal – The First Freedom" process, initially for my personal growth, then as an assistant — deepening the work on early conditioning and body memory.
Today, I guide people through individual sessions and group experiences, in Ticino and other regions, working with professionals in the helping professions, healthcare workers, and anyone who feels the need to rediscover a more authentic balance through the body.
Through conscious breathing, fluid movement, and deep, respectful touch, I support the release of blockages, the awakening of energy, and the improvement of life quality — one step at a time, with presence, care, and curiosity.
